WEB-BASED SETTINGS

Open this page from the We Are Loretto app to make changes. In the app, go to More → Notification Preferences. A normal web browser cannot change another app installation’s Firebase subscriptions.

Community Alerts DEFAULT Time-sensitive announcements, closures, outages, and important local notices. Community News DEFAULT New local stories, recognitions, and community updates. Jobs DEFAULT New local job openings and employment opportunities. Food Trucks Food-truck schedules, locations, and last-minute changes. LHS & SLS Sports Final Scores DEFAULT Final scores for Loretto High School and South Lawrence School sports.

Managed on the website

The category names and descriptions come from WeAreLoretto.com, so they can stay current without rebuilding the settings screen in the app.

iOS still has final control

If Allow Notifications is turned off in iPhone Settings, no selected category can display a push alert until permission is restored.

The web page does not receive your Firebase registration token. To provide aggregate subscriber counts, a compatible app may report a hashed anonymous installation identifier and the categories selected on this device. See the Privacy Policy for details.
